Shipping policy

Petalz ships orders discreetly to eligible locations only. We may restrict or refuse shipment to any state, county, city, address, or location where hemp-derived products are prohibited or where compliance cannot be verified.

Orders placed before 2pm Central Time ship the same business day when payment, inventory, and compliance review are complete.

Orders placed after 2pm Central Time begin processing and ship the following business day.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Every order ships in discreet, plain packaging with tracking included. Tracking is sent as soon as the shipping label is created.

Delivery times are estimates only. Petalz is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or delays caused by compliance review.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is returned, delayed, lost, or undeliverable because of an incorrect address, Petalz may require additional payment for reshipment or may cancel the order.

If your package arrives damaged, missing items, or incorrect, contact Petalz within 24 hours of receiving the order with your order number, photos, and a clear description of the issue.

Do not send any product back unless Petalz provides return instructions.
