Petalz products are intended only for adults 21 years of age or older, or the legal age required in your jurisdiction. By purchasing, you confirm that you are legally allowed to buy, receive, possess, and use hemp-derived products where you live.

Products are generally marketed as hemp-derived products compliant with the 2018 Farm Bill and containing not more than 0.3% Delta-9 THC on a dry weight basis. THCA may convert to Delta-9 THC when heated. Products may be psychoactive and may result in a positive drug test.

Petalz products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Do not use products if pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or under medical supervision without consulting a qualified physician.

All orders are subject to payment verification, inventory availability, age/compliance review, and shipping restrictions. Petalz may cancel, refuse, replace, or exchange any order if fulfillment would violate store policy or applicable law.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Petalz is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, incorrect addresses, compliance review, or events outside our control.

All website content, branding, photos, product descriptions, and materials are owned by or licensed to Petalz and may not be copied or reused without permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Petalz is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages related to use of the website, product misuse, shipping delays, or inability to access the website.

Petalz may update these Terms at any time. Updates are effective when posted.
